Our terms of service are listed below:

1. Upon booking, a 15% deposit is required to secure your date. 

2. The balance must be paid 2 weeks before arrival.

3. Cancellations -  In the event of cancellations, the following charges will apply:

• Up to 42 days before the arrival date, free cancellation
• 41 to 30 days before the arrival date, 30% of the booking amount
• 29 to 7 days before the arrival date, 75% of the booking amount
• 6 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking
• In the event of a no show: the prepayment amount

4. There is a refundable deposit required which is paid at the property and is returned subject to a property check after check out.

5. Included in total price; internet access, parking, fees, final cleaning and tourist tax.

6. Not included in total price; refundable deposit. This is paid at the property.

6. Damage and Incidentals - You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

8. Check in - from 16.00 to 20.00, check out by 11.00 on the morning of departure.

9. House rules

• Pets allowed
• Children allowed
• No smoking inside property
• No events/parties

5. If you bring pets, any animal waste must be cleared up prior to departure. There is a charge for cleaning up that is taken from the refundable deposit.

6. Lost keys - There is a charge for the replacement of lost keys.
